The going theory on my gas tank problems, which I'm quite satisfied with, is that my fuel pump caused this to happen: La-Z-Link I had noticed the tank getting more and more negative pressure over the past year or so. When I take the gas cap off, it has a lot more 'whoosh' than it used to and takes much longer to reach atmospheric pressure. But I'm not sure why. I have the CC delete, but I just checked Robo's walkthru and I did it correctly. Maybe the check valve by the tank is bad? And someone else mentioned that my gas cap isn't the stock Z one, which is also vented, but when I think vented, I imagine the CC and the gas cap allow fumes to exit, not for the tank to be depressurized...which is true? So, what would be wrong for my pump to develop that much negative pressure?
